This window is opened from the Main Window > View > Motion Correction
| Control | Description |

| Enable Motion Detection | Enables/Disables the Motion Correction (the acquisition needs to be stopped for toggling this property) |
| History Length | Sets the motion history length |
| Select Estimator | Opens file dialog to select motion estimator class |
| Select Corrector | Opens file dialog to select motion corrector class |
| Load from File | Open Tiff file to set reference volume |
| Reprocess Estimators | Deletes and recreates all estimator objects. This can be used to reprocess the reference volume after the motion estimator class was modified. |
Enable All | Enable all motion estimators |
| Disable All | Disable all motion estimators |
| Clear | Clear all motion estimators |
| Delete | Delete the currently selected estimator |
| Enable Correction XY | Enable lateral motion correction |
| Enable Correction Z | Enable axial motion correction |
Device XY | Device to be used for lateral motion correction |
| Device Z | Device to be used for axial motion correction |
| Device Bounds XY | Correction Bounds for lateral motion correction |
