Scanimage 2017 : scanimage.si.hRoiManager.linPeriod

Is the scanimage.si.hRoiManager.linPeriod variable the time the acquisition is active per line or the amount of time it takes to scan the whole line?

Compared to older SI versions, is there a fill fraction parameter somewhere?

 

scanimage.SI.hRoiManager.linePeriod is time for the entire scan of a line to complete. Only a fraction of this time is actually used for acquiring data.

Look for the variables:

  • scanimage.SI.h<scannername>.fillFractionTemporal
  • scanimage.SI.h<scannername>.fillFractionSpatial
