Command Configuration Settings
| Command Scaling Factor (v / um) | Enter the conversion factor, in volts per microns, for the command signal to the analog linear stage controller. |
| Command Volts Offset (v) | Enter the offset value, in volts, for the command signal to the analog linear stage controller. |
| Maximum Voltage Command (v) | Enter the maximum allowable voltage command. This is an optional limit. If both the Maximum Voltage and the Maximum Position commands are left blank, a the system will use a default limit of +10 volts. If values were entered for both the Maximum Voltage and the Maximum Position commands, the system will use the smaller value, when converted to voltage units. |
| Minimum Voltage Command (v) | Enter the minimum allowable position voltage command. This is an optional limit. If both the Minimum Voltage and the Minimum Position commands are left blank, a the system will use a default limit of -10 volts. If values were entered for both the Minimum Voltage and the Minimum Position commands, the system will use the larger value, when converted to voltage units. |

If both the Maximum Voltage and the Maximum Position commands are left blank, a the system will use a default limit of +10 volts, converted to micron units. If values were entered for both the Maximum Voltage and the Maximum Position commands,the system will use the smaller value, when converted to voltage units. |

| Analog Command Channel ID | Select the Channel where the position control signal is wired. |
Sensor Configuration Settings
| Sensor Scaling Factor (v / um) | Enter the conversion factor, in volts per microns, for the sensor signal from the analog linear stage controller. Leave empty for automatic calibration. |
| Sensor Volts Offset (v) | Enter the offset value, in volts, for the sensor signal from the analog linear stage controller. Leave empty for automatic calibration |
| Analog Sensor Daq Name | Select the DAQ where the position sensor signal is wired. |
| Analog Sensor Channel ID | Select the Channel where the position sensor signal is wired. |
